DIRECTOR – COMMERCIAL
Dylan’s diverse career has spanned across professional sport and senior executive roles in multiple industries including start-ups and technology, venture capital, digital marketing and hospitality.
Working throughout Australia, Europe, UK, and North America has provided Dylan with a unique perspective that delivers a competitive advantage across a range of commercial environments.
Dylan is passionate about the links between culture, collaboration, creativity, and success.
He challenges the way clients do business and seeks out unique ways to develop and realise new commercial concepts.
Dylan is a passionate clean eater and when he is not eating goji berries or acai bowls he can be found planning his next trip to satisfy his addiction to exploring the world.

DIRECTOR – OPERATIONS
Joel’s professional career has seen him travel internationally playing Rugby Union and working within many sectors of the hospitality industry.
An operations start-up specialist, Joel has been involved in the launch and management of some of Melbourne’s best large scale hospitality venues for Australia’s leading operators including Sandhill Rd., Open Door Pub Company, Pub Group Australia, and the ALH Group.
Notably, Joel was General Manager of the 2015 winner of Australian Nightclub of the year, The Emerson.
An operational expert, Joel’s skill set is not defined by hospitality and includes a depth of knowledge across sales and marketing as well as a passion for start-ups and technology.
Joel loves the Theatre and he lists his all time favourite as Les Miserables. When he is not playing the soundtrack he has an exceptional ability to find classic comedy skits and play them on full volume on repeat.

DIRECTOR – MARKETING & CREATIVE
Tom’s career has seen him develop a reputation as an exceptional creative talent and a highly strategic executive marketer. Two things that don’t often come together!
Skilled in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Animation and Video Production, Tom has a track record for thinking outside the box and delivering beyond the brief.
His experience has included running his own business as well as roles leading the creative at a digital marketing agency and the marketing department for a multi national brand. This experience allows Tom a unique ability to relate to all of our clients and really connect with their desired outcomes.
His passion and biggest strength lies in his ability to understand your story and craft a narrative to then communicate to your target market across digital channels and beyond.
Tom’s recently discovered jogging (pronounced with a silent J) and ketogenic eating and in his spare time reads facebook/google analytical studies. Toms a little different…..which we like…..you will to!
